When are the orders dispatched?

Most of the orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation but as we don't dispatch orders on the weekends. if you submit an order request after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, We will be able to dispatch your order on Monday.

How long will it take to deliver an order placed?

Cancellaion; What is your policy?

An order placed can only be cancelled if it is not sent out for shipping normaly within 18 hours of order placement. $25.00 will be deducted as cancellation fee to compensate processing charges.

An order placed is not delivered what should I do?
